GPT-6 and the Architect

Welcome to Amaze Networks for Tuesday, April fourteenth. Yesterday we spent the whole show on Cloudflare's vision for agentic infrastructure — the compute primitives, the MCP server layer, the x402 payment standard. Today OpenAI just dropped G P T six, and suddenly everything we talked about yesterday has a much more capable client to run on it.

It's almost too on-the-nose. Cloudflare builds the roads on Monday, OpenAI delivers a faster car on Tuesday.

Let's start with the numbers that actually matter. Everyone's going to report the benchmark scores, but the one I keep coming back to is agent task completion. G P T five-point-four was at sixty-two percent. G P T six is claiming eighty-seven percent.
