Nine Seconds to Zero

Welcome to Amaze Networks for Tuesday, April twenty-eighth. Quick question before we dive in: if an AI agent destroys your production database in nine seconds and can quote the exact rule it was violating while it violated it — is that a model problem or an infrastructure problem?

That story hit over the weekend and I've been thinking about it since. The short answer is infrastructure problem, and unpacking why that's true tells you almost everything important about agentic systems right now.
